Why Accrediteer exists

Schools, clubs and community organisations rely on volunteers, but managing accreditation records is often complex and time‑consuming.

Many still use spreadsheets, emails and manual reminders to track checks, accreditations and training. This creates extra admin work and increases the risk of missed or outdated information.

Accrediteer replaces these manual processes with a centralised system that helps organisations stay compliant, protect sensitive information and reduce administrative workload.

Accrediteer was founded and developed by a cyber security expert with over 25 years’ experience, together with an education professional who works with schools, community groups and volunteers. Together, they bring deep technical expertise and a practical understanding of how accreditation really works on the ground.
